Smooth and understandable explanation before we decided to purchase the panels. Ultimately we opted for installing 16 panels and a home battery. Came to install and connect everything last Wednesday. In October 2022, we made an agreement with Enervice to install and inspect solar panels and a battery by the end of 2022. The promised agreements were fulfilled and the installation was neatly installed by professional craftsmen. We are very satisfied and can definitely recommend Enservice!

Best, This is absolutely not true. No one asked me for a repair and no one told me this service would be paid for. If the amount is as small as you say, why wasn't this service free to increase trust in the company? If you wish, I can clarify this to your customers; I have emails between me and your company and I can publish them to see what your customers think. Then we can assess whether my review is correct and whether I have been misled by the company or not.

If there was less than one star I would give it. In reality, this company deserves minus five stars. After installation there was a water leak so I called them. Two employees came for five minutes to check the installations. This service should be free, but to my surprise I received a bill for 120 euros. Is this a professional way to deal with customers?

Signed the quotation on February 5, 2023 for the installation of 10 solar panels and 2 batteries. The installation was already inspected and functional on March 10, 2023. The installation of the panels, inverter and batteries was done correctly as agreed. The installers worked very meticulously and delivered very clean work so that the installation can be seen.
